Frosty Blue Jay






Frosty Blue Jay ~ 9x12 Acrylic on Canvas.






~ Everytime I look out my window in the front yard or the back yard the Blue Jays are always there. If I can't see them I can at least hear them. Such a beautiful bird!!! I have not painted in a long time, but the Blue Jay inspired me today to pick up my brush.. and it felt GREAT!!!! ☺ ~




November 3rd I donated this painting to our Recreation Department at WRC. Proceeds went to programs for residents that live there.

    Totally awesome Jenn. So glad to see you back painting. And I know what you mean about the jays....they are always squaking in the back yard here....chasing all the other birds away LOL Mom (Southshoreartist)

    I love the pale delicate colours you used. We don't have any Blue Jays where I live in Italy, they must be a wonderful sight to see.
